I am looking to make sustainable and keepable gains. Given my age and current condition I am not ready for steroids as you stated many times in your videos but you did say that sarms can be a great tool.
To elaborate on my goals I would like to stay bellow 12% body fat and gain around 5kg ( 11lb ) within this next year. Further than that I would also like to boost my fitness and endurance levels.
So my question is am I ready to use sarms and if so which sarms would be helpful in this regard? And also how would I run them?
