Was wondering if you had to shake bottle before use?? And if i should try to let dissolve under tong. Or if i just put in mouth and swallow??

If you put it under your tongue, your going to be VERY sorry... DO NOT do that... take it straight down and yes, shake well before each use...

Lol! I put it under my tongue but it's not necessary. It burns like a mofo. Yes shake before every use.

i have no clue who is telling you to put it under your tongue but DO NOT do that with any of them period

Don't put any of them under the tongue. They are all suspended in grain alcohol. Just take them straight down and chase them afterwards with whatever you choose
