Umbrella labs 4033 powder. Not sure what I was expecting but not what I got. Can I use the micro scoop and just put it in my mouth? What's the easiest way to do this and still have it be effective?

You can get blank capsules on Amazon and just scoop it into there.

What about mixing it with peg in a 30 ml bottle. Is peg the only liquid I would need?

In the past I've used sarm powders by getting some propylene glycol and a mini mg scale. Measure the powder on the scale and use a mini funnel to transfer it into the bottle (for example, I put 300 mg of LGD into 30 mL of PG which gave me 10 mg/ mL), shake until dissolved, and use an oral syringe to measure and take it
