sarms or steroids

Hey Dylan,
I was hoping that if you have the time you could answer some questions for me? I understand you probably have a busy schedule so I appreciate your time!
So I came across Isarms.com while I was researching steroid cycles. However once I watched the video you posted about whether a person is ready or not for steroids I realized that I'm not. So I'm heeding you're advice and I'm not even considering them until I meet the criteria you laid out.
That said, a bit about myself so you have a better understanding of my personal situation and you can hopefully tailor your advice to me. I'm 33, 6'4", 230lbs, male, I'm a sprinter and Muaythai enthusiast. I do work with kettle bells and free weights as well as calisthenics. I'm currently taking clomiphene for a legitimate test deficiency from a TBI years ago (no more long distance running for me, it was reeking havoc on my endocrine system as well). I know people occasionally take issue with the keto diet, but it really works great for me, my macros are 10% carb, 30% protein, 60% fat. On this diet I've trimmed down and my LDL cholesterol dropped 100 points! I do intermittent fasting as well. Also my energy has been way better.
So I'm really trying to achieve a lean and cut look, which I've had trouble attaining in the past (I was initially interested in Winstrol when I discovered Isarms.com). My mom, sister and myself all have a tough time keeping fat off. I'm not really trying to bulk since I'm already a pretty big guy, just looking for a bit more lean mass and cut a lot.
So do you think I'm a good candidate for Sarms? Are sarms right for me? which ones would you suggest? S4? Do you Cycle Sarms? If so do you need a PCT for them? What kind of progress should I expect? Is there anything else I should consider? I also really like the idea of the healing properties, I get a lot of injuries between sprinting and Muaythai.
I hope to hear from you and thanks again for your time man!

Welcome to the board man. A few questions for you. Whats your bf%? You said you've been on clomid; were you diagnosed with low t? Levels? One thing that caught my attention is your macros. 60% of your total caloric intake goes to fat? Thats way too much bud so it sounds like your nutrition side could use work. I'm curious what your typical day of eating looks like.

The choice for me, was the issue with shutdown, and having to pin 1-2 a week.

On sarms, you can get suppressed, but not shutdown.

Other difference is price, test is far cheaper, for total full blown sarms cycle, you are around 1500$.

im definitely not a fan nor proponent of the keto diet and its not going to be sustainable but if its working for you then by all means brother... i just cant see how you taking in 60% of your diet with fats is going to work... not at all.. what i would take a look at is going 55-60% protein, 25-30% carbs and 10-15% fats... you will be amazed at how much more you cut with the ability to build muscle in the process...

yes, you are absolutely right that you are not in the right condition for steroids but definitely you can and should run sarms.. i have the perfect cycle for you.. here are the links for everything you need followed by the layout...

You could definitely benefit from running sarms, the 2 above laid you two great stacks! I have had much success with sarms! The Sr and gw will boost your endurance and, the Sr will help you speed up your metabolism. The rad or lgd are the two that can be Slightly supressive for you but will help aid the others in adding muscle. The s4 is also great for burning fat and putting some lean muscle on. With your diet training and sarms you will definitely accomplish what you are trying to do!

In the zone, killin' it!

Nice to see a new guy in the board who's open minded enough to know what road to take.

Well done.

i agree... thats what separates the people who achieve and surpass goals from the people who barely last... he is going to be one that surpasses goals with this kind of positive attitude...
