Sarms Cycle Per Year?

How many cycles can you run a year? AT what point are you doing irreversal damage or is that still the unknown?

you can run a 12 week cycle, take 4 weeks off then start again... i would say 3 is plenty.. maybe 4 if you are running shorter cycles
