First, thank you for your advice in the past and I love your videos on YouTube. You are very knowledgeable about compounds such as SARMS and Steroids. Since I last emailed you I did a short cycle of Primobolan, only 300mg weekly for 6 weeks. I know, I know this is not long enough to run Primo but I just wanted to get my feet wet and try the least harsh anabolic and see how I felt. I can tell you that I felt great on it for those 6 weeks and did see minor changes in my physique, especially the vascularity.
I am about to get my blood work done probably next week but I am not sure if there will be any abnormal values as I have read that Primo is pretty easy on the body. I also am on TRT only 100mg of Testosterone per week but when I was running Primo I increased that to 250mg per week.
I recently have been thinking about trying Ligandrol instead of a steroid again. I am 42 years old, 5'5 about 188 pounds and 14% body fat and pretty muscular. I bulk really easily and it is harder for me to lose fat although my fat is pretty low being that I weigh almost 190 pounds at barely 5'5 and am 14% body fat. My diet is pretty much on point and lately I have been trying to cut calories and thinking about trying intermittent fasting.
My goal is to be more vascular while gaining some more mass but leaning out too. With that being said would you get some more Primo and run it at a higher dose for let's say 12 weeks or more while keeping my testosterone at 100mg Weekly or increasing the testosterone to 250mg or more again for that time period or would you try Ligandrol that, while Primo is mild, has less side effects, can put more mass on me and help me lean out while I am on a caloric deficit?
Any suggestions for my goal would be great when you get the time. I am not opposed to trying other steroids but don't want to try anything like Tren, Deca or any orals that have much worse side effects.
