I am 46 years old and have used steroids in my mid 20s with great results. I have managed to stay in shape but need an edge. I am considering using SARMs to reach my goals for safety. I am 190, 5'10". I am still very athletic. I whitewater kayak and played ball all through school. I'm not looking to body build more just want to lean shape. I have some shoulder issues from heavy lifting and rugby so these days I go light and more reps. SARMS are new to me but seem to be exactly what I am looking for. Which one will give me lean gains?
