Ill start with the basic info
Age: 23
Height: 6ft 2
Weight 90 kg (~200lb)
Body fat 15-20%%
Years of training: 4
Complete cycle history: never
Goals: increase muscle mass
Supplements: currently on creatine
I have bought 2 bottles of RAD 140 (30ml @ 10mg/ml) and 2 MK 2866 (30ml @ 30mg/ml).
I am currently thinking of doing RAD 140 for 8 weeks at 10mg a day followed by 4 weeks of PCT.
Is taking 10mg a day a waste? should i wait till i can get more to do 20mg a day for 8 weeks?
Then doing a cycle of the MK 2866 for ~ 10 weeks again PCT.
IS this a good approach? i have read that taking MK 2866 and RAD 140 together as a stack is not that beneficial. Hence i thought getting 2 different cycles might yield better results.
