I just got my S4 in from sarmsx and it has a flake like substance in the liquid as well as a almost crystalized substance stuck to the dropper is this normal? In the past I never had this issue while using S4. I've heard of the flakes being in other sarms liquids but not with s4.

just a heads up sometimes they come same compound different colors, this is also normal. in case your not sure
yeah mine is a different color than the clear that I'm used to in the past but I had seen previously that they have color in the liquids. but I was more worried the product may not be as effective with the crystals stuck to the dropper and the flakes. a sarmsx rep replied to me in a email the other day saying to heat the product up a little by placing in a warm tub of water. told me it happens from change of temps from shipping. just need more opinions before I start trying to heat it up or anything like that. I've shaken the hell out of the bottle and the crystals and flakes still exist
