Ok so I watched D.G's video vague steroid questions, so I will try to be specific. I am 44, 5 foot 6 and 185lbs and have never taken PEDs. I am ready to run a 12 week test only cycle. Questions are
1. How much per week
2. How much per dose and frequency
3. Wich ester
4. Anything needed during and/or post cycle.
5. Anything I may have not asked that is relevant
I want to do this the right and smart way.

what is your current body fat? have you done ANY research on your own... i mean brother, we are happy to help but a lot of these are questions you could have answered yourself in 10 minutes of research so that indicates you have not done any? what exactly are your goals from the cycle? you dont even mention that so that makes it rather difficult to give proper recommendations...

Well said dude. So many people come in here wanting to be spoon fed. I don't understand it....it's like people lack basic initiative or the ability to research and study on their own. Like you said, browse this forum or the internet in general for 10 minutes and one could answer these types of questions lol. It's really not that hard...

well, what really bothers me is that i spend COUNTLESS hours doing all of these videos, typing articles, ALL my responses, etc.. and the info is just sitting there.. i do that so these questions are not asked... i literally cover every little aspect you can think of...
 
sorry if i come across as lazy and uninformed i know from my research test enanthate and cypionate are longer acting and have read to wack it once to twice a week. which is better once or twice a week. and dose somewhere between 250-500 mg a week so i am assuming if twice a week half dose per shot. i know arimidex or aromasin should be on hand but some say to take it on cycle others say only if needed. also i know i will need nolvadex and clomid pct my body fat is bout 19% but not too concerned about that as i am down from 30% i am not worried about leaning out yet just want to put on some quality size not blow up the wither away. that is why i am here cause y'all seem to have your shit together, and i like that.

Well right now your bodyfat is just too high for steroid use. You need to get into better condition before ever running a cycle
 
Your bodyfat is 19% and you're "not too concerned about that?"

well you should be VERY concerned about your body fat because its too damn high to be using steroids, thats for sure... you need to be in the 12-13% to even consider using steroids, so you should be VERY concerned about it... its awesome you have dropped that much but you have a way to go before you even consider using steroids... you need to cut down first and put yourself in the position to start adding some nice clean and sustainable size... i can help you with this but you have to have your head on right first... you can use steroids, but noone with half a brain would recommend it right now

I have a drive to better myself like no one else, my training and nutrition is on point. The only reason my body fat was so high was due to a life changing accident where I was blind sided and thrown down a flight of stairs. Required 3 tendons and a bicep ligament sown back together among other things. Got pudgy while recovery and Rehabilitation. At current pace I should get down to 12-13%body fat in 2.5 months. That's when I plan to run my first cycle. I want to get everything I need before hand so I don't forget anything and have to run around like an idiot. That's why I am here. I for the help and info not to be judged by the words not concerned if I didn't care I wouldn't be here

if you don't tell us that up front, then we have nothing to go on... its not you bro, but the fact that thousands of people come here, fat and fucking lazy hoping for some sort of magic, its just a daily thing you get used to seeing.. you clearly have a legitimate reason here and im glad you shared that and im truly sorry for what you had to go through... thats ridiculous what happened to you but thats how people fight bro... i can help you anytime you need, just let me know

Good information to know bro. Sorry to hear about all of that but I'm glad you are on the mend now. Just make sure you get into better shape before cycling
