Hey everyone,
So I am completely new to this forum and the category of SARMs and these type of products. I have spent the past few days reading, reasarching, and watching videos but wanted to get some personal opinions for my self.
I am 26 years old almost 27 and have been fairly active my whole life. When I was 23 I was in pretty good shape (imo) 185 and 12% bf. I use to love the gym and at the time took normal supp store products (preworkout, creatine, multi, protein, gluc, ect). Ine day I tweaked something in my shoulder and it really took me out of the gym. Doctors could not find a tear and had trouble finding anything but it was there. I went to a few specialists and they said it was soft tissue damage (tendon/ligament). Anyway it took me out of the gym and I slowly fell off, three years later I had gained 94 pounds. I have started and stoped working out many times but my shoulder always bugged me. I took a long time off and started really slow and my shoulder feels normal but sometimes I still feel it.
Anyways I have been working out 6-7 days a week for the past 7 months and before that I was working out around 3 days a week. I get body comp done quite frequently and so far I'm down 41 pounds in BF and up 4 pounds in LM. I am currently eating 2200 cal a day in a 40/40/20 macro break down and eating pretty clean, only drinking water. I'm taking a "fat burner/thermo", protein, creiatine, multi, fish oil, and preworkout. ATM I am 248- 5'11 and 29 percent bf.
I am getting married in June and want to step it up. I got another 50 pounds of fat to lose and would love to put on some muscle. My main goal is to be cut a muscular. Not HUGE. Anyway I know that I need to lose the weight firsts and that starts with diet and exercise which I have on point for now.
I'm looking for advise on a stack to take that will gain muscle and loose the most amount of fat, if the two are not possible then loosing the fat is more important. I only want to take things orally and am looking for something to get me started. My first cycle does not need to be the most hardcore possible. I'm looking for as little side effects as possible and need some direction on how to accomplish this.
From what I read ostarine seems like the best fit for mysel? I read that while taking it I should probable take a natural test booster as well as fish oil to keep up HDL? And then I should take something post cycle? MY main question is will the nautral test booster keep me from shutting down? I have read that on ostriches there is some shut down but I have also read that there is no shut down, sooo what you all think? Also what is best for post cycle? Let me know how that sounds and what you all would recommend. I'm not set on anything and would love suggestions for the most effective stack and post stack for my goals? I was also looking at MK-677 or something to really cut fat but not DNP that is a little to extreme for me.
I know very little about these topics and I really want to become educated before I start taking sarms or anything else. Thanks in advance for the help.
