Good morning,



I have followed your videos for a while and appreciate the information you provide on there. My question is I began TRT about 1.5 years ago and have achieved great results overall compared to where i was.



I am currently 31 years old, 5-10, 205 and around a 33"-34" waist. So thats a little thicker then my goal at the moment.



Before that graduated HS at 136 lbs long distance runner very thin. very athletic got me up to 175-180 lbs



i take 150mg of test cypionate 1x a week. (Fridays)

Hcg 250 2x a week (Wed/Thursday's)

And an Ai 1x a week.



This is all under instructions of the doctor i am currently seeing.



Can i modify what i currently have to achieve better results or should i add another small compound in? To help dry out and have more separation between lager muscle groups?





Any guidance would be great, also anyone in particular you would recommend for getting supplements.
 
Well, I would say your body fat is a little high to go up right now. What ai are you taking. They have long half lives but once a week seems low, but at your current doses... perhaps just precautionary.
Get that body fat down some and then you can bump your test up safely to 350.

PHURIOUS is the one to go to for your supplements. He's got reps on here, preferably get with them, but pm me if you can't find them and I'll get you set up.

I'm 5' 9" and 259lbs presently and am sitting on 13% bf at present post cycle which is up 1-2% than normal for me. You basically assumed he was fat and if that's the case my dexa scans are full of poop and I must look like two scoops of chocolate shit. He never mentioned his bf%, which he needs to tell us to make a good gauge for what he's asking. You know I love ya, but I gotta rep for us short dwarfs.

If you have no idea you need to find out... they sell fairly inexpensive scales that will tell you within 1-2% for less than $70 at some stores. If you're over 12% then you might suffer bp related issues among other things. So what's the number and we can better help you on your quest for swoliness.

The waste size was the thing, same as mine at 6'5", but you are right man.

It is highly abnormal to be hypogonadal at age 31
Did you and your Dr explore the reason why your testosterone is low?
Or did you just start treating the symptoms by going on TRT?
So many questions....how fast did your testosterone levels drop?
How many low test results did you have over what period of time before your diagnosis of being hypogonadal?

what is your current body fat? this is really important to know... also, what is your main goal here? from the way your talking, i ASSUME you want to cut but i have no clue because you never let me know... its hard to make a recommendation without a goal bro... i have a million ideas but i need to know these answers...

Personally I would just add some sarms to your TRT for the goals you have. For your goal of tightening up and getting more definition, I think stack would suit you well to compliment the TRT

1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

As far as an accurate body fat % reading is concerned i dont have one at the moment.
