How do they compare? What is the overall look they help build? How and When to take it? How to properly and healthily run a cycle to avoid side effects? What to supplement with it?
Currently am female, 5'6", 130 lbs, Roughly 15% body fat. Fit, eat healthy, and just trying to break through a plateau to get back down to 13% BF. The last time I was 13% BF, I was 110 lbs (and was doing 90min of cardio a day).. I would Ideally like to be around 118-120 and maintain a lean figure.
