Dear Dylan,
I did make a big mistake and used steroids without reading about the proper way to use and did just take what a person who was only looking for money told me to take
I ran tren and test for 8 weeks and after that i did run winstrol and masteron for 5 weeks and stopped them because i had some problems in my work and my personal life and was not able to go to the gym.
The last injection that i took was 3 weeks ago and i want to recover from the shit that i did to my self and i need your help
I ran nolvadex for 1 week 2 capsules per day and don't know what i am supposed to do
Please i need your advise

At least you realize how stupid of a mistake that was so let us help you now. This is the PCT layout you need and you need to get on this ASAP:

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

The layout 50/50/25/25 for Clomid as an example means 50mg ED for Week 1 & 2 then 25mg ED for Week 3 & 4. Get this in place asap. Most of all our sources here carry everything you need for PCT both in tab and/or liquid suspended depending on your preference. Best thing you can do is treat this as urgent and begin as soon as possible. Get bloods done now and a few weeks after you're completed with your PCT. Check out privatemdlabs to order a hormone panel. Very stupid mistake you did, I don't need to elaborate, just be aware in the future that for 1. you don't ever run all those compounds as a beginner. 2. You don't run tren on a first, second, even third cycle. 3. ALWAYS have your pct on hand before you start your cycle or you could end up in the situation you're in now. and 4. Do research and ask questions before putting things into your body that you have no idea what they are. That guy clearly didn't care about you.

Did you run an AI like Aromasin? Did you run Caber or Prami to help keep prolactin in check? Did you run Support (liver/organ/bp/etc) alongside your Oral? Did you get any bloods done? If not, I am betting you are pretty messed up right now so like I said, treat this as urgent. I would get bloods done now and a few weeks after PCT as noted above.

Run the PCT recommended by MaxxPursuit.. I would also add GW and Ostarine to your PCT.

please do not ever do anything like this again... this is a complete wreck... from now on, you need to be here asking questions before doing anything or your going to ruin yourself...

I sincerely hope you learned a lot from this experience. Stick with the information on this board, and not from some guy that will steer you down the wrong path.
