Hi Dylan, I'm contacting you today about a very controversial thing.
I know you don’t particularly agree with the use of steroids for women well not anything other than var or primo, but i have cycled on and off of steroids for 2 years now. I used test prop in my last cycle and got myself really big but I'm no longer that size this is where my question comes basically its known that women don't need pct now i asked a female competitor if that was different for the use of test prop she said no women just don't need pct period. Now im confused by this as about 3 months after i stopped and my test dropped and oestrogen had risen i lost a lot of muscle mass and gained weight both fat and water i also got depressed this is why i question the “women need no pct theory”
I was wondering if you could help me on how to avoid this happening again as I'm now back on test prop i have been for about 3 weeks now, i feel great and i see things happening already, i plan to run the cycle to the end and get my mass back however I'm so worried about loosing everything i gain. Is there something you know i could run to aid basically in pct and prevent all these things from happening to me again?
I know theres a way for women to come off and keep everything because the women i look up to are physique and bodybuilding categories for women and they always keep their mass while staying lean. I aspire to be physique size.
I read one of your comments to someone mentioning the rise in cortisol after cycle and wondered if that was the only thing that may have caused all the damage after my last cycle of test prop?
I have read and searched many things on women and pct and i have had no luck,
Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
you should not be using testosterone first of all... you are really setting yourself up to be a disaster... why on the planet earth are you running test in the first place? you say you aspire to be physique size but at what cost? to wreck your life because this type of imbalance is difficult when it comes to a woman... you DONT mess with test, thats the problem, then you dont have this kind of problem... why do you keep doing this to yourself? i had a girl come to me that literally ran anavar 24 weeks straight and she is a mess 5 years later... she has no sex drive, is always depressed etc and everything she has tried has not worked.. you need to stop doing this to yourself.. there are methods you can TRY but will they work, who actually knows but the chances of you coming out far worse are very very high
 
You will not keep any gains past your natural genetic potential. SARMS would be a a FAR safer option for you LONG TERM.
 
Cbbram touched on a lot of what I was going to say. The reason you are losing muscle mass after coming off is the fact that you are going from superphysiological range back to a normal range. The natural genetic limit for women is really not that high in terms of what you can carry for muscle mass. I don't know exactly what a lot of the women that compete do to maintain a lot of their muscle mass, but I would imagine it has something to do with staying on something at a lowered dose. I don't think running a pct is quite the answer you are looking for.

I don't think test is a great choice for females. I have seen firsthand the effects of what it can do for virilization and masculine sides. But Whatever you decide to do, I would incorporate sarms in between cycles. That will at least help you with maintaining more muscle mass and keeping the cortisol lowered
