Planning on first cycle (LGD SARM), is my set up and stats OK?

Years of training: About 5-7, on/off, since not all the time I was serious...I was 150 at 18 years old, now I'm 210lbs.
Height: 6'
Weight: 210lbs
BF: I believe i'm about 17% or even 16.5%... I can see my abs but its not pronounced, definitely not over 18% and not 13%.

Squat: 315lbsx6
Bench: 225lbsx7
Deadlift: 385lbsx5

Goal: Right now I am 210lbs, I would like to bulk up to 230lbs and hover around this weight to solidify the muscle for a couple of months by lifting hard, then eventually after a few months cut down maybe 10lbs or more.

Week 0: Do hormone labs (never did them)

Week 1: LGD, 5mg per day
Week 2: LGD, 10mg per day
Week 3: LGD, 10mg per day
Week 4: LGD, 10mg per day
Week 5: LGD, 10mg per day
Week 6: LGD, 10mg per day
Week 7: Nolva, 20mg first day, 10mg rest of the week
Week 8: Nolva, 10mg per day

Week 11: Do hormone labs

Also, I have DAA in my house, gave it to lab rat 4 years ago for like 3 weeks, I think it started getting some gyno from it so I stopped. Should I add the DAA into the cycle?

I noticed many rats seem to get a plateau by week 4 or 5, so I decided I'll cut it off by week 6...

When do I take my final blood, is 3 weeks after wrong?

1> A cycle is 12 weeks, not 6.
2> You dont step up dosage of lgd, its dosed at 10mg.
3> your pct is woefully incomplete. PCT is gw and clomid (50/25/25)

Assuming you get actual SARMS (only legit source is sarmsx)
 
But if you really wanna bulk up, a layout of lgd, gw, rad, and S4 will make you seriously swole.

Add osta and mk677 if inclined. I'd at least add osta.
 
Yeah you're right I should lower my BF % a bit. Maybe to like 13% right? I read that PCT can be lower dose since SARMS are not as suppressive as a real test cycle. 8 weeks is like the standard but many people wrote that 85% of their cycle gains were acquired by 1 month.
 
bro where are you reading this crap? yes, when people run a sarm that may actually be a pro hormone, which many often are, they would see most of their gains in the first month and then no thereafter but call me crazy, but since ive been studying and using these for years, before anyone even knew wtf they were, that i might have an idea how to run a proper cycle... 6 weeks is a joke... do you realize that LGD, MK2866, RAD and often mk677 take nearly 2 weeks to really even kick in... i have no clue where your getting this info but its not good... not at all
