I was training 6 times a week on cycle each body part twice i had the best gains in my life
So i have been wondering if i started to workout 6 times per week after pct in which all the recovering factors is in check sleep, supplements , and food can i get away with it ?

Nah. I wouldn't. You can get away with doing that for a cycle but if you try to make it a year 'round habit it will start to catch up with you. I would at least add one more rest day.

Definitely not, you're not so much in a positive state for recovery as you were so therefore you will need to find a alternate schedule to train, keeping intensity high, but remembering that you are less prone to recover. Reduce to 4 days a week and see how that goes, adjust your routine to keep the intensity and remember rest and recovery are critical now more than ever IMO.

i would lower it to five days... this is what causes the huge cortisol spike when coming off cycle... i would not scale back too much... if you add in GW-501516 it will help control the spike and allow you to continue to work out at a very high frequency as before...

You definitely want to reduce it post cycle bro. Otherwise you will probably hurt your gains more than anything. Recovery will not be the same, and if you are training too frequently it can work against you. You grow in the kitchen and while resting....not in the gym.

just keep in mind that when you run pct, it needs to be extremely thorough and complete... if you address all areas then you can still train at a higher rate as opposed to having a shit pct and ruining everything and forcing you to train far less than normal... you should still ease back slightly but nothing drastic if you go about this right...

here is the link to the pct you need followed by the layout..
