Ostarine pct

Hi all,

I am about to finish an 8 weeks ostarine @25mg. I have done an LGD cycle about a year ago with a great success. My pct was 25mg clomid for 4 weeks and daa. I recovered fine i had blood work done 4 weeks after pct to confirm it. Now back to the topic, I'm about to complete this ostarine cycle and i feel some suppression and i want to do a proper pct. I have Nolvadex D on hand but i'm not sure how to dose it. My question is if it was enough to take 10mg ed or i should go higher?
I suppose if 25mg clomid ed was enough for lgd then 10mg of nolva should do with ostarine. But i want to hear your opinion guys.

25mg per day clomid or 20mg Nolva per day is sufficient for PCT after your Ostarine Run

I agree with rick on this... 20/20/20/20 will be ideal... you need to get bloodwork as well... you should never go by "how you feel" but rather what the numbers confirm...
