Ostarine Dosing

Hey all,

Just wondering if there is any benefit to dosing ostarine at 10mg. I've got 3 months worth from Pharma lady and was going to start at 20mg a day but wanted to see how my body reacted at 10mg a day. Thoughts?

You can start at 10mg but most find 25mg to be the sweet spot. You can split the pills if you want to.

thats less than a female dose... dont waste your time dosing it that low
