51, trying to lean up. Been lifting 30 years, have done a few cycles - usually just test and an oral kickstart like dbol or adrol. I get good gains, but am looking for something to make it even better. Main focus is muscle hardness and strength increase - NOT tons of size, although a few extra lean pounds would be welcome. I posted a pic a while back and most said I was 17-20% body fat. The recent pic posted in this thread is about 5 weeks since I have started my "recomp" if you call it that - cleaning up diet, doing cardio, etc. Currently on 375mg of Test E - going to toss in some BGS Tbol the last 4-6 weeks or so of this 14 week cycle.
So - what would be a good addition to my usual cycle of Test E? .....Deca? Masteron? Winstrol? I have never done anything except Test and the basic oral kicker. Interested to try something new for my next cycle. Please advise!
Btw, what bodyfat % would you guess i am in this recent pic? Just curious... I know I have a long way to go.
