Nolvadex dosing

Hi guys I was wondering what the dosing for nolva should be for my pct after I finish my 12 week lgd cycle.

Is there a particular reason you are using Nolva over Clomid? That's fine to do if you choose to, though we normally recommend Clomid. It seems to be a better option. Dosing for Nolva should be 40/20/20/20

Off of LGD, I will running nolva AND clomid splitting 2x a day.

I had a fair amount of suppression though (like 50%)
