Hi guys,
So I've got my first cycle and PCT all planned out and ready to start on September 1st. Thanks to everyone who has helped me plan this out in a safe and educated way.
Looking forward, I'd like to get an idea of what people typically do after their first cycle. What do you guys do in order to protect your gains? How do you eat and train? Do you use any SARMS while off cycle? And how long do you recommend waiting before doing another cycle?
So many questions!
And I know much of this will depend on my goals and my body. For me the idea is to keep slowly building muscle, keep the fat % as low as I can and remain as healthy as possible. I'm 43 years old, 6'-1", currently 172 lbs @ 12% BF.

1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-6 tbol 60 mg day
1-6 cycle assist
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day

9-14 cycle assist
11-14 hcg 1000 ius week
pct 15-18
clomid 50/50/25/25
