next cycle Test, tren and winstral?

will this keep me lean while i gain muscle,should i run Hcg while on cycle? what doses does everyone recommend? high tren low test?
 
Definitely let us know your stats bud. How lean you are on and/or off cycle is heavily dependant on your diet. You can't depend on gear to keep you lean. HCG is to be ran the last few weeks before PCT. Let us know your stats (age, height, weight, bf), cycle history, and planned cycle dosage.

I'm 26, 5'8 180lbs not sure what's by BF % is but maybe like 16-18
I was 200 on cycle but I've lost 20lbs
Done a sustanon cycle
Test, anavar cycle
Test and tren cycle
Test deca dbol cycle
Test, tren cycle
all test was ran at 500 a week tren was ran at 250, dbol at 50mg Ed, anavar 80mg Ed

The plan for the next dose I'm not sure if I wanna run tren high or low. I've read that high tren is the shit but then low tren is better so that's what I'm here asking your guys opinion

low tren is where its at but bro, your body fat is way too high for any sort of cycle... i cant believe you have ran that many cycles at 26 years old... thats pretty disturbing to say the least... your really setting yourself up for a future of nothing but problems...you might think your okay now but i assure you, your going to be sorry and cycling with an elevated body fat makes it worse... you have ran that many cycles and still in that kind of shape? its really alarming man... its not good nor safe and it indicates you really don't have the dedication nor consistency to be doing this... there's no way you should be in that kind of condition after that many cycles...
 
You don't need a lot of Tren for big results. However, I have reason to be.ieve there are probably a lot of holes in your diet judging by your condition and big fluctuation in weight when you come off cycle. Not to mention the number of cycles you've ran with those kind of stats

What does your current diet look like? You denfitely need to get in better shape before you use Tren.
 
I eat a cup of oat meal in the morning around 8 I drink a protein shake . @ 10 I eat brown rice and a chicken breast. @2 I drink anther protein shake before the gym and one after. Then I don't eat until 7 some times it's chicken rice hummus , chicken bowl, maybe some Mexican foods. Salvadoran food. It's hard to eat clean when I'm with my girl
. So maybe stuck to test maybe some winny?
 
Low Tren is where it's at but honestly speaking, I would highly recommend getting your training and nutrition dialed in better. For that many cycles, your stats, and the weight fluctuations, it's clear that is your trouble spot. You have to look at gear as a tool to help you reach your goals, not as a clutch that you depend on to reach them. Training and diet are everything bud.

Definitely gotta work on that diet man. Do you know your caloric intake and macros? Have you ever tracked before to get an idea on your consumption? You're literally wasting gear if your diet isn't setup right. That is the number one thing you need to focus on.

My training is pretty good. My bench was 365, 405 squat, 325 incline bench On cycle. Lately I've been just circuit training. 20 reps each set . I'm starting to lean out I think I got pretty bloated on test dbol and deca
 
No I don't know any of that. I don't track how much I eat. How often should I eat ?

If you're unfamiliar with nutrition, then that is a perfect place to begin to find your baseline. Seriously take some time and get your diet together otherwise, your weight is going to continue fluctuating on and off cycle. You'll be gaining on cycle and then losing mostly everything when you go off and that just leads to wasting gear, money, and time (plus that's not good for your health overall).
 
bro if you can't eat well, regardless of you being with your girl or not then this is absolutely not for you... your just wasting time running cycles and then basically doing nothing or eating like shit in between, not to mention its just bad for your overall health... there's a HUGE problem and red flag that you have ran that many cycles and still fluctuate to 16-18%... that's not good at all and its going to present you A LOT of problems... its fine that your not familiar with diet etc but after this long of running cycles and lifting, that's a HUGE problem... you can't be in this lifestyle without grasping the concepts and basically what you have done this entire time is just hope and depend on anabolics to do all the work for you and as you can see, that does not work... you need to hold off until you understand diet and then develop consistency... mexican foods are not going to be something you can continuously have etc... it just won't work for this... if you just want to be an average guy in the gym who looks okay and does not mess with anabolics etc., then go for it but you can't use anabolics, chems etc and live that way... it does not equate... it only ends up a disaster and im doubting you want that
