Hello Dylan, Your videos are awesome, I thought Id reach out to hear from a true expert.
Ive Been away from the gym for at least 10 months due to a severely torn rotator cuff and surgery. Just started really eating right again and working out light, mainly core, light wieghts, and bands for my shoulder about 5 weeks. Any advice on supliments to help build back up the right way? Im going to slowly work back into solid shape before I move forward with anything, thinking about Peps or Sarms maybe MK-677or Ipam after I build more of my strength, stamina and muscle back up. Shoulder is pretty much healed in terms of Damage.
6"2' 205 BF% No clue, probably 15-17% Age 32 worked out previously for 5 Years but lost just about eveything since the surgery.
Goals to add lean muscle and continue cutting.
Never taken anything.
