Good afternoon y'all. I have been reading the forms for a bit now. I'm 6,1" 225 20%bf. I have been lifting for 6 years but fell off the wagon for a year. I have been back for a year now lost 30lbs and put on some good muscle. I have now started to not loose any more weight or make gains for the past 4 months. I am trying a lgd 12 week cycle and wanted to know if it's a good ideas to run s4 and gw for the last 4 weeks to really shred some fat. Thanks in advance for your advice.
