I'm 6' 173lbs 10%BF and have been lifting for 3yrs.
I did a 24 weeks regular cut about 3 month ago and have been in a surplus for 3 month now, hoping my hormone levels are back to normal.
I never have taken any gear or SARMS
I have read about SARMS and seems to be understanding that I need to do a 12 week cycle followed by a 4 week PCT cycle.
For this cycle I want to gain muscle but not necessarily loose fat. To loose fat I will do a SARMS cut cycle before summer.
I wanted to do a 12 week cycle with LGD-4033, GW-501516, S4, and HCgenerate and then the PCT cycle with Clomid and GW-501516 but I am not sure that's the best combo for a first time, and if the PCT combo is enough. I wil buy my SAMRS and PCT from SARMSX !
I had a few questions that maybe you could help me out with...
1. How does this cycle sounds ? Any better cycle for bulking?
2. How about the PCT cycle ? Anything better to be safe ?
3. Lately I do full body workout 3 days a week, will it still be beneficial? or should I change to 5 days a week for the next 12 weeks just to make the most out of it? I really enjoy those 3 days a week full body workout to be honest...
4. Should I change anything to my diet if I were to do those ? My current surplus is 2800cal and macros are 180g Prot, 300g Carb, 80g Fat (30g Fiber)
5. Should I do blood work before ? Test my Testosterone levels etc since I was on a cut for 24 weeks 3 month ago ? Or just do a PCT to be safe before doing the full cycle ?
Sorry for the newbie questions, and I know some of these have been answered in the past, but to be honest I feel safer asking them for me
