Hey guys I'm new to the forum, but have a general idea of how it works. At least, I THINK I do. Anyways, I've been in and out of the gym most of my adult life. In the past year, I've become a lazy ass and pretty much let myself go, no excuses here. I'm now ready to get off of my ass and get back into the grind of not being a doughboy. Any tips and guidance on my journey back to getting fit, will be greatly appreciated. I'm prepared for all of the laughs, when it comes to my stats, but here they come.

Age: 30
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 205
Body Fat %: not sure, but high
Years of training: 9

My Test levels have been naturally low for years, since early 20's, last blood work said (119). I've been prescribed cypionate 300mg every 14 days. Haven't been taking it for several months (dumb I know). Will be starting it back as prescribed this evening. Have used clen in the past with fairly noticeable results.

My goals are to shed weight/body fat off and expose and improve my muscle mass.

Only supplements I have on hand at this time is ON Whey protein.

My diet needs serious work. (Good plans/guidance appreciated. No food allergies known)

Tendinitis in my right elbow, strained right laberum years ago (gives me fits during shoulder workouts, but expected).

Let me know if I've missed anything. Thanks guys!

Hey bro, welcome to isarms. We are glad to have you here with us.

You definitely don't want to be off of trt if it's prescribed to you man. That's just going to make your problems that much worse

For diet help I highly suggest checking out my diet and nutrition thread sticky at the top of the forum page

I would highly suggest adding a sarms stack to your trt. It will help you dramatically with fat loss as well as giving you muscle and strength gains healing and recovery benefits

The triple stack from www.sarmsx.com is a great stack for you and your goals. It's also the most tried, true and popular

Here is the protocol

1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout
1-12 mk2866 25mg per day dosed in the am

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

You should be able to get some really nice results on just your trt dose. I'd also recommend splitting that dose to 150mg/wk rather than biweekly, much more stable levels will lead to less sides and you'll just feel better. Did you ever have your test levels tested on after being on trt?

Welcome to the board.

That's actually what I started doing when I was taking it regularly. 150 every week. I'm wanting to say my levels were at around 800, if memory serves.

Thanks for the advice/info. I have actually been looking into sarms over the last couple of days. Mainly trying to educate myself. I believe I looked at S4. Does it mess with the thyroid gland? If so, that kinda turned me off. I'm not opposed to trying stuff, I just know that the thyroid can fuck up on you quick. Any opinion on Stenabolic?

Definitely not trying to question your knowledge, just trying to gain all of the knowledge I can.

S4 will not mess with your thyroid at all, nor will any other sarms

Stenabolic, sr9009 is a great sarm for fat loss, endurance, and increasing metabolism that would stack well with the stack I gave you above

Ok cool. I appreciate it. May take a while, but I'll start saving some money!

Welcome to the forum YellowHammer. We are not here to laugh at you. I applaud you for taking control of your situation, taking action and seeking advice.

I am on TRT, originally prescription was 300mg every two weeks, switched to 150mg every week and I feel much more stable. Take your TRT regularly, that is priority #1.

Next would be nutrition. In my opinion, nutrition is critical to achieving your goals. What are you presently eating? Can you post up an average day. We aren't here to poke fun or laugh, but to help. Just be honest bro. Have you ever tracked your food / calorie intake via a food tracker? There is a sticky in the forum called Nutrition 101, I would suggest reading it. It will provide you with about 80% of what you need to know.

What does your workout routine look like at the moment?

This is a great forum with lots of members willing to help you.

I haven't ever used a food tracker, but will probably start doing that asap! If I had to guess, my caloric intake has probably been around the 3500 range. However, not good calories. I'm bad about staying away from pasta and bread so much. Like I said, pretty much a whole years worth of eating garbage food. No plan at all. I need to sit down and write up a diet plan and figure out what calories I'll need, etc. Also, I haven't had a solid workout/cardio regimen in a while. I need to sit down and plan that out as well.
