Hey guys, I'm new here but just wanted to touch base with everyone. I'm 5'11" 225 pounds. I'm 31 years old and suffer from low t. Due to several factors getting a script is not an option for me at this time. Been lifting off and on for three years now. I work a lot and have kiddos so I have a busy lifestyle. I recently decided to switch from the gym to a home gym setup due to the lack of time in my day. Not sure what my body fat percentage is but it's definitely not where I want it to be. I have a lot of goals in mind but want to start slow. Mostly just want to continue my fitness journey and create the body that I've always wanted. I would greatly appreciate any help or recommendations. Thanks guys.
