Hey everyone! Happy 4th of July! I have been watching Dylans YouTube videos and been contemplating taking SARMS. I just drop 50lbs in 6 months to try out a physique show and didnt place but it was learning experience. I am currently bulking and was wondering the best stack for bulking or recomp. I am limited on funds and was thinking about stacking the following for 4 weeks and funds permitting going on this stack for another 4-8 weeks longer:

S-4: 75mg/day
LGD-4033: 20mg/day
MK2866: 50mg/day
GW-501516: 40mg/day

The stack of LGD,MK and GW are stacked together in a supplement and S-4 is separate but from the same company. Would this stack but good for an awesome recomp after my next 3 weeks of bulking to help keep my gains and lower my bodyfat at the same time?

I am currently on Week 2 of the PHUL Workout. Day 1: Upper Power, Day 2: Lower Power, Day 3: OFF, Day 4: Upper Hypertrophy, Day 5: Lower Hypertrophy. And loving it but decent gains!

brother, 4 weeks is not going to be money well spent... you have picked the right type of cyle but the wrong way to do it and the wrong product as well.. i know the company you are referencing that makes a 3 in 1 and it is a horrible product... it is completely underdosed and you will further waste your money... there is a HUGE sale at pure essence sarms right now you can take advantage of and you will be getting the very best you can get... i can help you out with that...

your dosing is very very bad... you are way too high on so many things and your doing this wrong... its the right cycle but the wrong way... this is how you run it properly...

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
5-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

9-12 daa
