Never Taken Steroids Help!

Hello Dylan, ive been watching many of your videos for a year now.

Ive been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week. Im all natural at the moment. Ive never taken steroids. And ive put it off because Im not sure exactly where i should start. I am thinking about using steroids. I just want your input on a very mild cycle to take to give me a boost in size and aesthetics. Nothing too major. What can you recommend for me? If you need any more information about me, to help me in my situation feel free to let me know.

Goals: 165lbs
Supplements (if any): Protein Isolate, Creatine
General idea of nutrition: I eat very healthy, no sugars, carbs are low, lots of veggies and fruits, mostly chicken and fish, try to minimize red meat intake, and i supplement two of my meals with Protein Isolate.

Ima noob but i hope i came to the right place for help and the proper way to do this.

Hey bro, my stats are very similar to yours and I would definitely recommend LGD-4033 for your goal! I'm on a bulk cycle right now and, like you, I'm wanting to put on a bit of size ... I've started an LGD log a few days ago and I'm already seeing some results after a few days [emoji1320]

Your goal is only to add 20 lbs, so just EAT. Stop eating so lean amd eat to gain. Eat red meat, eat carbs(still eliminate refined sugars).

What do your workouts look like?
 
You are very undersized for steroid use and I can't recommend those to you right now. You need to build a much better natural base first. I really think sarms are your best bet at The moment, and especially with the goals you have. Sarms do not carry the side effcts and suppression that steroids do, but are excellent for lean mass gains and strength.

A) 148; you need to work on a consistent nutrition and training protocol. You can add size and strength with dedication & discipline.
B) Get your BF measured (although most BF testers are bogus)
C) Low carbs doesn't mean healthy. Carbs DON'T MAKE ANYONE FAT. Fruit is loaded with sugar, sugar is the enemy. Red meat (the right cut) helps to add muscle.

Follow Rick's set up and bust your ass in the gym and kitchen.
 
Focus on training, nutrition and maybe some SARMS like was suggested. The better your base the better your results when/if you use gear down the line.
