They don't have any US domestic warehouses, as far as I have ever seen. However, I order from their international warehouses shipping to the US regularly without ever having any issues, and their packaging and shipping is very discrete.

Intl #1 has had 100% success to the US for the past 18 months or so.
EU warehouses are mostly 99% to the US and 100% to Europe.
Our other warehouses are currently around 97-98%.
I'll PM you our direct customer service email address. You can ask them directly how things are right now to your specific location. They deal with this on a daily basis so they should have the most updated info.

Here’s my experience, money sent 2/22/19 order received 03/13/19. Tazz is as honest as it gets. It’s international shipping which has inherent risks. The website wording on seizure and reship is cryptic but my buddy’s order was seized earlier this month and they are reshipping his order. Still a big hassle. I ordered a specific brand Sexual aid and was sent a different brand than I ordered. Not to happy about that. Viagra is faked heavily and the brand I ordered is what I’ve used for years. All in all though, I would reorder from PharmaComStore. Decent communication and Tazz has answered all my questions to what I perceive as honestly. This is a reliable source. They don’t make you wait 60 days for a seizure letter to reship your order! Paramount!

Transparency has been one of the pillars of our company since its inception. In 11 years in business, not one single customer can say that they lost money with us. We have actually challenged anyone to do so and not one single person came forward.
We apologize. Have you tried the one you received already? Is it of inferior quality than the one you ordered? If you PM me order # I can see if I ask our shippers to include your preferred brand on your next order from that specific warehouse.

Hello sir. Was it WU or MG? You ordered on the 13th, ok. But do you happen to know when payment was accepted? Thanks. For WU and MG it usually takes a few business days for the money to be received. BTC is much much faster, almost instant.

I ordered 2/27, received tracking 3/8 and shows “ shipped “ 3/9, but since then nothing has changed, nothing new tracking, haven’t received anything and I even emailed customer service ( twice ) with no replies as I think is strange cause BEFORE I placed my order, they were replying extremely quick and now AFTER I placed my order ( pretty big one ) I don’t hear back from them. I even messaged someone on this thread ( no names ) and again, haven’t gotten a reply. I know they’re busy and shit happens, but I thought I would’ve received my order by now givin the time frame I’ve seen them post multiple times and from what I was told, but still staying positive that I’ll receive my order and HOPEFULLY SOON!
I wouldn't sweat it yet. Most of my orders take about 1 month to receive. They ship very discretely, but in standard mail (less likely to grab attention), so it takes a while. You probably won't get a tracking update until it scans into customs receiving in the US, and after that it usually takes a few more days and then you can watch it move through the domestic postal system.

Yeah, like I said I’m still staying positive about it, I just thought that my order would’ve at keast made it to the U.S by now, but hopefully soon. It’s harder for me and I have less time to workout in the summer so I was trying to get going as soon as I could and it doesn’t hurt to look better for summer either lol.

When I check tracking, it says the same thing and has since 3/9, so if you received that tracking on 3/21, I’d say you still have a while. Like p0nb said, it’ll most likely update when package arrives in the states, well for me as I don’t know if ur in the U.S. I didn’t mean to come off in my post like I don’t think I’ll receive my order as I’ve heard nithing but good about PCS, I’m just like most and after waiting a while start getting a little impatient lol.
Well I received an update today and it looks like my package arrived in NY this morning at 4am, so I should be receiving sometime this week. I'll post when I receive my order.

The seizure information is not listed under FAQ. You have to click on contact us to find it under shipping and delivery. The website wording on seizure does not say where you will or will not reship to or from. It does not say what requirements are necessary to be met before you will reship. This line here: "PLEASE BE ADVISED: No reship policy for Canada, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Singapore." You have warehouses in some of these places, orders ship from some of these places. For instance Singapore, so does this mean you will not reship if your order is coming from Singapore or going to Singapore. I did not find that very transparent.
If I order a BIC 5 blade razor, I expect a BIC 5 blade razor. I don't want the Walmart knock off 5 blade razor. I'm not unreasonable either, so a simple email stating you were out of what I ordered and we have a fabulous alternative 5 blade razor we would like to send you instead would have been fine. In the end though, that would have delayed my order going out so, I also see the other side of it. YOU GUYS DID THE RIGHT THING SENDING ME AN ALTERNATIVE BRAND. I'm just skeptical because I've been burned before.
I appreciate you responding to me and I am a happy camper. I have not used any of the sexual aids, but I'm confident in that pharmacomstore does in fact test everything on the site.

There was a revamp on the site and the FAQs kinda got split between the actual FAQ section and the CONTACT US area. I agree that all the FAQs should just be in the FAQ area. Will speak to IT about it.
Regarding our re-ship policies, how about this: In 11 years in business not one single customer has lost a penny with us and this is not changing. If anything happens to your package anywhere in the world, we'll work with you until you're a happy customer.
You can quote me on that anywhere you want. I'll stand by what I just wrote there and I'll work with any member of our team to make it happen. PCS is an honest source. We won't leave you or anyone empty handed after sending your hard earned money our way. There's tons of sources out there and you trusting us means a lot. I do mean it.
This actually bothers me a bit. I'll speak with management and customer service regarding this matter. Please accept my apologies.

Does it say NY? Mine arrived in NY at 4am last Saturday but it still says processed through NY facility so who knows if it’ll update b4 I get my package
