Need advise on controlling acne (if there is any)

I'm cruising 250mg/week of test cyp. I have been breaking out like crazy on my shoulders, back and arms for some reason. I have been blasting & cruising for about 2 years now and have never had an issue with acne. Any advise on controlling acne is appreciated. Medications, soaps, anything!!! Thanks.....

I've used Neutragena Acne soap, some folks have used a salycylic acid based body wash.
