I just want to share my current stack. Before I begin I will give a quick introduction. I am a veteran of EF (2011-2013 back when it was bumpin). 25 y/o 230 lbs 6'3. Currently trying to diet down to sub 10% bf and I think I am getting close, I am getting tested this week so I will keep you posted.

Mk 677 25 mg/ week
Now I just added igf 1 lr3 and clenbuterol to my stack a week ago and I have noticed a massive increase in fat loss in the past week. Some of what I have lost is water retention from the mk 677 as clen is very good at removing it. I am running a very small dose of clen (40 mg) and I don't plan on exceeding it. Clen is very effective and relatively safe if used conservatively for short periods of time. Igf-1 I am using only on workout days and after my post workout meal to help effectively shuttle nutrients to my muscles. I have found that using igf 1 lr3 on a daily basis desensitizes you very quickly and it doesn't feel as effective. You want to feel a slight hypoglycemia feeling as that will tell you that the igf is doing its job.
I've been off gear for 6 months and looking to jump on cycle pretty soon. Cutting kills me but I'm pretty excited to see abs for the first time in my adult life.
