i was just simply summing up your points! =) the beauty of it is that we all work together to bring everything to light... this is actually one of those topics that constantly gets talked about but i never actually see a full explanation or break down so i wanted to make it as clear as possible...

No, it was exactly spot on. I just couldn't word it or explain it properly because I don't have enough background knowledge. It's great information. I don't always think people kniw that growth hormones mean GROTH... of organs too. Very well done as usual Dylan.
