No. if you want to do something remotely like that fill your mouth half with water and then tilt your head back and shoot it in then swallow... Never put it in a cup or anything like that... I must say though mk677 is the worst tasting one easy!

hey brother, you should not be mixing them with them with anything... grapefruit juice is the only thing to mix with... where did you get your 677 from? it turns cloudy white in water?

DO NOT mix them in anything. Take the mk677 straight down and chase it with some thing afterwards. The taste really isn't that big of a deal man. You'll get used to it

grapefruit juice is the ONLY thing you can ever mix with.. it provides max absorption an is perfect but its best to just use it as a chaser

Bro don't mix it with anything. I would take it with a sip of grapefruit juice but don't put the mk677 in a cup with other stuff you're just going to end up losing part of it potentially.
