I would not use an AI, you risk tanking your estrogen... I always like to keep Aromasin on hand, but I only use it if strictly necessary ...

An ai does not do anything to help suppression whatsoever. It's there to lower estrogen which you don't need to do on sarms, since they don't aromatize

Run tongkat Ali the last 4 weeks of your sarms cycle to help with any suppression

an ai does nothing for suppression and sarms do not aromatize so it would not make sense... you simply can use tongkat ali which is the strongest test booster you can use...
