no, have you done any reading on the site bro? ive covered all this a million times... you cannot mix with anything other than grapefruit juice... take them separately and straight down...

Grapefruit juice is the ONLY thing you can mix it with, because it can enhance absorption and bioavailability

Just take the dropper full to the back of your tongue and swallow ....then chase it with the juice...it's not that complicated

NO. Do not pour your SARMS in a glass. With it being only 1ml of liquid it could very easily get left in the glass. Just pour the damn thing in your mouth and chase. You know when you drink something and there's always a little bit left in the bottom or sides of the cup?? You don't want part of that to be SARMS you poured in there because you lose a bit of it. No point at all in mixing just chase the thing. If the taste is too much to bare then you need to just man up and take it. It's really not that bad. Grapefruit juice perhaps may enhance absorption but you don't need to actually mix it in a glass with stuff. Damn I don't see what's so difficult. No offense but just drink the shit. It won't kill you.

yes, its blown way too far out of proportion to the point its extremely tiring... it gets real old real fast... i truly wish capsules did work... then we would never have to hear this... some day when they get it figured out, which i know is being worked on, then this will stop... until then, just take it straight down and stop making it way worse than need be... grapefruit juice does provide max absorption so it will be the very best chaser to use...
