previous cycles: test e 250 mgs 12 weeks

My question is I want to know what would be better suited for my goals. june I was 200 lbs and 17% bodyfat, I have cut down to 175lbs and am siting slightly above 10% bf. I want to put on about 10lbs of clean mass this winter. the two options that I have considered are:

test E 250mgs 1-10
tbol 60 mgs 1-6
or
just lgd 4033 8 weeks

pct
clomid, nolva, gw , mk 2866 (already have pct)


please advise me on which option would be best for my goal of 10lbs of quality mass

lets look at it like this... both of your cycles are too short for what your wanting... they need to be 12 weeks regardless...

you can get 10 lbs. on any of these but lets take a look at it in terms of which is the most difficult to the easiest.. also, which has the most side effects...

lgd on its own can get up to 10lbs.. it will be very clean and very keepable since there are minimal side effects however the likelihood of goal achievement is more likely with the test and tbol... it will be much easier to get there with the two... it will be nice and clean as well... however there will be far more side effects, a much longer recovery period and you will need a full pct as opposed to a mini pct... the easiest scenario and the most complete that would yield the most quality is stacking all three... here is a link to get the entire pct stack followed by the layout... https://www.sarmsx.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=133&search=platinum

Agree with combining those compounds 100%. Definitely a good cycle to run to achieve his goal and exceed them possibly.
 
alright so stack all 3 and increase the cycle to 12 weeks instead of 10. I will probably be starting this in a couple weeks then

I will definitely keep you updated, im looking forward to the quality gains. my goal is to bulk as lean as I can so I have less to cut for next summer

Great option. I really like this method over the typical bulk then cut. Why not just continue to gain nice clean mass.

exactly... instead of doing the drastic changing in body comp, do it in the cleanest, safest and most effective way... build it from start to finish, instead of building, tearing down, etc... there's no need for the yo-yo'ing, the elevated estrogen etc... this is so much cleaner, easier on the body and will produce so much more... production is what the final outcome is... what you can retain the most of, what puts you in the best condition and what achieved your goal... this will get you there so much quicker and in a far better way...
