Hello just looking for some advise really i've got two lots of LGD (120 caps all together) what sort of dosage should i be looking at for best results? also what type of pct should i be looking at as my friend came off LGD after double stacking them in the morning and said he felt fine, i understand everyone takes it differently but what would bbut if you could give me a few options would be grateful?

where did you get these? chances are VERY VERY high you do not have real sarms and your friend is an idiot... you never know how you are internally without bloodwork... your friend wlll get you hurt if anything...
