i need help with designing a letro cycle. I saw that most recomend starting with .5mg and working up to 2.5, staying at 2.5 until gyno is gone, then back down to .5. others say to add aromasin on the first and last dose. Is this correct?

How bad is the gyno and is it steroid induced or pueberty caused . personally Im not a believer in removing gynob with aromatase inhibitors definately preventing it but once the gland starts too grow its there . aromatase inhibitors dry it up making it disapear but its not gone once estrogen normalizes it usually returns and you cant keep you estro crashed . so its important too know what your doing amd prevent it in the first place

If you developed it from your cycle and the growth is recent you can get rid of it. Letro will get it done if it can be done. I would look at incorporating Ralox into your gyno reversing stack. It would help to know the PH you used though.

It was Alpha 1 Max by blackstone labs, for anti estrogen i used Source Naturals DIM ( Diindolylmethane ), and after cycle i did nolva/clomid. the gyno is not bad, but visable up close. if its cold out, then you cant see the gyno, but other then that its there.

well this was a long time ago. i did not use any aromatize inhibitors, and after cycle i did nolva/clomid

If it was that long ago you may not be able to do anything about what you have right now.. but in the future you need to use an AI like aromasin with you cycle.

That was one of the big problems with the designer steroid days guys were fooled into believing because they could get anabolic steroids over the counter that shit like dim and erase pro are good enough too prevent sides and some herbal crap with tribulous and arimistane was a sufficient post cycle

Just so your aware inthe future bro DIM is not orally bioavalable at all and is completely useless for estrogen control its all BS marketing you need a pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitor and a serm preferably clomid for post cycle .

No you done need to take both. Take the letro first and transition to aromasin when it is under control. Letro can wreak havoc on your lipids so switching to aromasin will benefit you in be long run. Again having Raloxifene during the time of this stack will help contribute to your end result.

I would even consider running GW because it's positive effects on cholesterol.

you do not need to take both simultaneously but you should run aromasin when you complete letro for a good month...

do yourself a huge favor and NEVER use an OTC anti estrogen again

No letro is powerful as hell only start taking aromisn once under control too prevent further issues do not need them together letro is overkill your using too fix a problem them transistion too the aromisn for a AI that is so harsh on your body and crushing your estrogen but just keeping it in check
