Here is a picture of one of my go to meals... We have 8 oz. of EXTRA LEAN turkey breast cutlets, one serving of frozen peas, on serving of frozen zuchini and 1/4 serving of jasimine rice with 1 serving of veganese mixed in... Total calories, 390... fat 4 grams... protein 62 grams... You can eat healthy and enjoy it too! Parsley is the seasoning used as well...

Turkey is probably the only protein I like as much as seafood, this looks tremendoussssssssssssssssssssss
 
im telling you guys, im hooked on the ground turkey, ground chicken and especially these cutlets... you just have to be careful how you cook the cutlets because they are so thin that they are easily overcooked and then its ruined... otherwise they are awesome and to get that amount of protein and just good tasting meal in general with that minimal of calories and fat, its awesome... i hate to waste any calories anywhere because i have a hard enough time with it as it is and i want to enjoy as much as possible while getting the most intake as possible and meals like this allow for that
 
Looks incredible bro. I love turkey, and you are right about being easy to over cook. I've done that a few times myself lol
 
i know you guys will love it... im serious when i tell you, im straight hooked on this between the ground turkey and ground chicken along with the cutlets... i seriously look forward to this meal big time every day...
