Dylan,

Been watching your videos/taking your advice for years now. Like yourself I have always been torn about HCG. It Seems “Doctors” themselves can’t even tell us when to accurately implement it. I’ve mostly listened to a combination of your advice and Rich Pianas over the years with little outsider advice and it’s always done me well to a degree. However, because I’ve always been so torn about HCG I’ve always just opted not to take it between the coming off period and pct period, well it seems after even 3 years of what I believed proper cycling was roughly 10- 12 weeks on, 4 weeks pct then 3-4 months off, repeat. I’ve done some damage.

I got my blood work done and had scary results of low natural test levels, long story short I did my first “big boy cycle” about a year ago and took a long 10 months off to really recover and just see what I could do/maintain naturally. The whole 10 months I felt like shit in and out of the gym that’s when I did blood work and was shocked by the results. Started a new cycle with a trt clinic which I’ve now left because they just rubbed me the wrong way, in hopes to go on, come off more properly and safely and see if my natural test comes back up to a more normal and healthier range. They gave me horrible advice as far as the hcg and told me to do it the whole time I would be on and then just taper off the test and continue running the hcg. Garbage advice. So I’m a week off my last pin of test e at 250mg a week real low, and wondering what to even do. My skepticism of hcg has continued and I backed out of taking it as I was coming off, I have to start taking my clomid and nolvadex very soon which I’ll run at 40/40/20/20/20/20 and 50/50/25/25/25/25 because the test was ran for about 14 weeks and because I believe it can’t hurt me to run a longer pct then my body is used to especially after crashing my test levels after my last cycle and never getting them back up to a “normal” level. What the hell should I do at this point as far as the hcg? Just forget it? Is it too late? Should I overnight the DGA post ct you’re advertising or?

im not an advocate of hcg whatsoever and thats why post ct was designed... in your case, you would want to run it 8 to 12 weeks.. what does your bloodwork look like man? what is your planned pct in total?
