Hello fellow ironworkers, I hope this post finds you well, healthy and pumped.

I know Im going to get flamed for this, but Ive watched a bunch of videos and did a bunch of reading and to be honest, theres just way too many options. I know that is a very good thing, but where do I start? Heres what I have deduced so far.

I am not as smart as everyone else here because I feel like Im in Calculus class all over again, and the first time didnt go so well either.
Ive been working out for years with a few sporadic hiatus for injuries. Im wanting to get some kick in the pants without the boot. From what Ive gathered in my watching and reading the first thing to do is start a cycle of test with aromasin. Aromasin is an aromatase inhibitor which is it blocks estrogen so I dont start sounding or looking like taylor swift. If I remember correctly this is a 6 week cycle? (Here is where you start flaming me for being slow and not a pharmacist) lol

Then, I start reading about Sarms. They are non injectibles, taken orally, but then when I look at isarm products of course there are a bunch to choose from. Sooooooo
thats as far as I got. Am I going in right direction or did I go full retard? I know, never go full retard!

To be honest, Im more a hands on type person. I need to jump in both feet and touch it, feel it and experience it to fully understand. I know this isnt always the best approach and probably especially when it comes to this stuff. So I promise to try my best if you can get me kickstarted in right direction. Thank you kindly my brothers for your patience and understanding.

Teste alone maybe add some sarms, I think i should be starting aromasin early right?

Post cycle (dont know how long)
HCG last 4 weeks.

Novadex, Clomid, Aromasin, MK 2866 and GW 501516

I guess I have to search for their respective videos and see what doses to take and how often? Am i getting closer?

Well first thing first where did you get a 6 week cycle from? "Little more research has to be done"..

With AAS its never a good ideal to just to dive in you need to prepare research and then research and research some more... beacuse thats how you fuck your shit up have seen it happen to a huge amount of people.

But before any of us can help you or point you in a direction what are you full stats and goals brother..

Body fat %
Years of training
Goals

You're on the right track bud. Always research and just when you think you have it figured out research some more.

Something that will help everyone here help you is to tell us about yourself. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, body fat estimate, years of training, goals and any previous cycle experience.

From the sounds of it a sarms stack would probably be the best first step. Lets hear those stats so the vets can all guide you in the right direction.

I had that written down from my notes watching the videos. I probably have to go back and watch em over again. Man, there is an awful lot to take in here. We sure have come along way since the few times Ive experimented with this stuff many many moons ago.

Age - 51
Height - 5' 10' ( I was 5' 11' Im sure of it)
Weight 198lbs
Body fat 15-16
Years of training Ive trained martial arts for 15 and weights on and off for the last 5. Pretty consistent the last 2 years.
Goals - To gain muscle, energy and stamina, and some all day wood.
Im yawning during my workouts in between sets. That aint good or right and Im not slacking.
I had recent blood work done from my primary and my teste was at 302. The bottom normal started at 279. So as my PCP told me, im low in teste, but not low enough that i could get her to give me anything for it and have ins cover it. She said it could get very expensive without insurance so I says to myself, "Mate, maybe you can help yourself out on the interwebs".

With teste that low I figure that is why im yawning in between sets. and this is with some hardcore tunes blasting my ear buds.

Welcome brother....
the right direction always begins and ends with the basics (the foundation)...DIET and TRAINING
tighten them up first...stick around and absorb some of the info here....it won't seem like Greek for long
 
Welcome to the board. Best advice I can give is to spend time hanging around the board, reading and researching. I understand "learning best from hands on" but that cannot be the case with aas. You must do your due diligence and research before putting anything into your body. Too many people jump in head first and end up screwing themselves. You want to be educated to avoid any issues.
