So heavy is the norm and implementing this seemed a logical thing to do as my muscle bellies were becoming more rounded so to say versus peaked. I use the stretch, flex and end pump principles and I have to say after destroying biceps yesterday I woke up to a fat headed, hard and solid af peaky bicep. Granted the muscle hasn't fully recovered, but there's a difference in feel. Excited to see the results as I'm implementing this in several exercises keying in on muscle bellies specifically. I highly recommend anyone looking to gain some size look into this very hard and give it a go.
