hey dylan. great videos! love them! i hav a questions for u. i want to use igf1 for for next cycle along with test and deca. should i use igf1 lr3 or des l. i know the difference tht l3 is long and des is short
des is more of site specific and all that. but jus wanted to know which would actually work better for first time user to whos tryna build muscle. also how shud i reconstitute and and with bacterial water or acetic acid. any other info regarding igf1 would be much appreciated. thanks!!

1. Use the long chain versus short for longer pulse.
2. Recon with bac water unless you just like the painful sting of AA, allow the vacuum to pull the bac into the vial do not squirt it in. Gently roll between fingers as the disk inside is extremely sensitive and you could ruin it. What dose and how often are you pinning?

i also agree with 44... you want to use lr3... what made you choose igf? what are you wanting to accomplish from the cycle? what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat?
 
I have personally used and still do use IGF1 Lr3 and found it to be the best although I wouldn't suggest using it subQ as I've had issues with injection site forming alittle lump under the skin which was painful and stayed there for about two weeks. I personally wouldn't suggest anymore of a dosage than 50mcg per day in the morning first thing. I would suggest injecting intramuscular with an insulin syringe and quads I favour as I inject enough in the delts and glutes through the week with my AAS cycles.

I personally have had no issues ultimately the injection spots from leg to right quad each day.

As Dylan has asked though what are you looking to achieve with this, as the results I've seen have been great, reduced BF, increased muscle density and thickness, and great pumps in the gym even when walking the dogs in the morning the quads felt blown up. But I will say my BF was already at 10% when I started, my diet is super clean all day, week, month long with only one cheat meal a week, and I train with weights twice a day and cardio every other day.

I personally feel you are wasting your money and time if you are not looking to do a show and just general looking for a better body composition. Taking IGF is for serious lifters who already have nutrition and training to a T, and have years of experience lifting and training.

I've been training for over 10 years and only now started a IGF cycle, so in all honesty go waste your money if you like but I'd really look and make sure firstly everything else is perfect.

Way to be positive bro lol, IGF is IMO a toddler's step in the natural progression of training/supplementation. I've been training for 33 years and I see nothing wrong with his using it, of course as with all PED use he would benefit from it better if he had everything dialed in already with his physique and nutrition, but such is seldom the case. Even though AAS/HGH should be reserved for the big dogs/more experienced you will find noobs pinning away all day long. At ten years into the game you already know this, but lets ensure this guy maximizes his experience with what he has versus discourage him. As long as he doses this correctly and times it right; follows protocol there is some benefit to his trying this and it will only enhance his knowledge base making him a better person for it. Of course in a perfect world we'd all be 7%bf and 275 pounds, but perfect worlds don't exist. If they did, I'd be Mr. O instead of the best built guy at most of these local gyms around here. Encourage thru jewels of knowledge, tough love and facts because in the end they're gonna run what they have regardless IMO. - The 44

Your right ofcourse one should give constrictive criticism and helpful advice, but I believe that IGF is far from a toddlers step in progression like everything it can have serious effects on ones health and shouldn't be messed with. It's ofcourse a growth factor and a powerful one at that casing increased growth in hearth and spleen as well so shouldn't be taken lightly.

Perfect worlds exist if ones willing to put in the hard work. True genetics have a lot to answer for but you want something who says can't achieve it. What people want are easy answers and that's what I'm trying to convey here IGF is not an easy answer is rather hear first about how training nutrition and AAS cycles are in relation to things before asking about using IGF. So alittle more infor would be ideal

my stas are as follows
190lbs 12% bodyfat height 5 9. i been working out for 5 years consistenly. i have done 2 cycles in the past. first cycle was test and deca 500 mgs each for 10 weeks and i know i shudve done just test but at tht time i didnt care but my blood work came back fine so erverything good and second cycle was tbol 4 weeks 50mgs and var 4 weeks 40mgs.now im doing test and deca again. but this time im running low test 350mgs and high deca 600 mgs for 12 weeks. i have alrdy bought igf des. after doing a lot of research i realized that this might be better choice because igf1 lr3 stays in the system for a long time and since we have a lot of igf receptors in our gut therefore theres a higher risk of stomach getting bigger which is the last thing anybody wants. im running des 40mcgs before workout. im getting good pumps but nothin too special. im just going to stick with aas next time cuz i think igf is waste of money since im not even going to compete. my only goal is to to get leaner and get bigger.

Pleased to hear that your making an informed dissuasion based on your personal goals. AAS are really the true muscle builders and taking things like Tren also can increase IGF levels anyway without the need to inject the actual peptide. I'd also suggest 15 weeks of deca and test at a 2/1 ratio in favour of test in the future. Also orals are best at six week cycles tbol can be run longer but wouldn't suggest it. But six week minimum ideally.

Good answer, bad avatar bro lol... the banana in your mouth is killing me lol. This dude dhillden needs to get the basics down before he try shit else though. His previous cycles were shit and he isn't seeming too concerned with how he is taking things, but rather what he is taking without knowing how to run anything effectively. IMO he's just poking blindly in the direction of a grizzly bear that's hungry.
 
yes it may sound like im a hungry grizzly bear lol and tbh i was when i first started but now this is going to be my first cycle in 2 years. but i have always been careful when using gear. i always use protection, get my blood work done etc. and what makes u think my cycle was shit. i gained 30lbs on my first cycle kept 20. and i gained 10lbs on the last cycle and kept all of it. and as i said my blood work came fine. test and deca is a very mild cycle. i dont run crazy amounts like 2-3 grams nothin like that i know my limits. the reason im running low test and high deca is because i have mpb. i want to keep androgens low which comes with test and high anabolics liek deca. if i run high test then i have greater chance of hair thinning. i know finasteride is used to keep dht low but whne using deca it is adviced not to use fina. trust me i know what i am doing and my blood work and muscle gains results are the proof. i dont but the high test low deca bs. u just need enough test in ur system to keep ur libido going. u dont HAVE to run higher test all the time. my gym partner who is 5 8 200 lbs around 13% bodyfat only runs low test and high deca once a year and he gets great results with no deca dick. everybody is different. eveybodys body needs different dosage protocols. u have to figure out what works for you. if i just buy into that 2:1 test to deca ratio i would never if my body would react better or worse to high deca low test or not. if it works out then great but if i start to have problems with my libido then ill just bump up my test its that simple.

I said your previous cycles IMO were shit because your description of them was basically saying the were poorly run by normal protocols. You are correct in saying everything works differently for different people, there is no arguing that. And ultimately you will run what appears to work best for you, but personally I'd rather use a tried by hundreds method and then make adjustments based on my bloods and feeling of general well being albeit I have done some crazy shit just to get an end result before. Nobody is perfect... for a good PCT I would run this...
