Can I take this post work out if I'm on s carb back load diet? I eat vegetables all day with meat with nobcarbs only carbs I get all day is peanut butter in morning which has like 8 grams of carbs then after work out I have about 50 to 300 grams of carbs depending what day it's on. Usually 1 or 2 high carb days a week and test high fats low carbs. So some days I'm only having 50 sometimes 100 on my low carb days. I was going to take it post work out is that ok? Should I just take it on my high carb days of 100 or more? Can I run it everyday and days off don't use it or run it every other day? Would like to here what you guys think. I was thinking 20mcg do a low dose so I don't go hypo from it I'm worried about that cause I don't wanna hurt my self in anyway. I heard 20 mcg is perfect erre you won't get hurt.

I don't take any carbs before I workout I use a Protien shake with mct oil like coconut oil. All my carbs come after o workout. Isn't that bad to take before I workout out? Won't it make me sick and go hypo cause I have no carbs in me?

Personally I wouldn't even mess with IGF1 LR3. The pinning schedule is a pain in the ass, it's hard to find legit peptides, and MK-677 would deliver much better results without having to worry about any of the rest of that

Igf like Rick said is not worth it. 1. The pinning schedule and 2. No carbs can have been consumed at least 45 minutes prior to pinning. It's not that big of a pump, but more like a quick buzzing sensation in your forehead and it only lasts a matter of 2-3 minutes if that. As a long time peptide user years back let me say this, do they work??? Meh.... Are they worth the pain in the butt they are???? Nope. I think if you're gonna pin, might as well pin gear. Not some play play hope this is legit variant.

Whether or not it's worth it is dependent on the individual. I personally love pinning and enjoy the the whole process. Finding quality peptides is the biggest challenge of it all.

Pharma Lady has IGF but I personally haven't tried it yet. She has an excellent reputation for having quality products so it's worth giving it a try.

I love it as well. About to pin here in a minute before we take the boy to move in his dorm room. But, as you stated finding high quality peptides are hard to do AND still less effective than SARMs, or AAS.

I am interested in learning more about it myself. I know some use it pre workout but I'm not really sure about the correlation of carbs etc...

if you can get a hold of legitimate igf then there is a lot of benefit there... its for some and not for some... it was not for me... i have everything timed out during the day, every day and things like this just completely fuck that off for me.. i hate having to eat at certain times and pin 3 times a day, everyday... some people don't mind it and if you don't then this is a peptide i can say is beneficial... probably one of the better options... i did a video on it... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SfeB2OAi5A
