I want my S-4 back!!!

I completed my S-4 run over a month ago and I'm really missing it now. What a difference! Dumbbell shoulder presses with 70's tonight and I found myself straining. On the S-4 run, I was pushing 80's with the same level of strain. I was running GW & MK-2866 also and I notice my shoulder pain is back which also impacts any heavy lifting. The last two sarms were staggered relative to start time so I have to wait a bit longer before another cycle (TRT so no PCT). Everything was from SARMSX of course.

It's just amazing how much of a difference the sarms made, I'm so glad I tried S-4. Now I know exactly what Dylan means when he talks about the feeling while on S-4.

Anyone on the fence about S-4... give it a shot. I've gotta try S-4 + LGD + RAD. Can't wait!

Thanks for sharing that bro. S4 is awesome and a very powerful sarm for sure. It's pretty amaxing on what it can do for strength on a cycle

That next run you have planned will be incredible in terms of size and strength gains, and as good as it gets!

thats so awesome... im so glad you got to experience what i am talking about... i have been using it since i finished my cycle... i gained 25 lbs on my cycle and so far i have kept 23.5 of it... if that tells you anything! thats so awesome bro... you should run s4, gw and rad on your next cycle... thats the stack!

did you keep any strength gains whatsoever?

Yes, absolutely. Shoulders are tough for me so referencing weight that I'm able to rep consistently with proper form isn't the best measurement of strength gains (for me). The pain that's returning inhibits my ability to lift heavy comfortably... if that's the correct way to state it.

This is how I gauge what I've gained in strength... bench press is another tough movement for me due somewhat to shoulder pain but most likely poor form for many years. Flat bench dumbbell press- at the end of last summer I was excited to be pushing 80's for 8 reps on my last set (of 3 total sets). During my sarms cycle, I made it up to 100's on my 3rd and 4th sets of 5 total sets. I'd usually get 7-9 reps on the 3rd and 5-7 reps on the 4th. 1st set was warm-ups with 55's for about 20-25 reps of all different speeds depending how I felt that day. Second set was 80's or 85's for whatever I could get... 10 - 12 or maybe more/less depending on the day. Right now, I'm still pushing 95's and I've been off all sarms for over a month.

So if you've made it through my over-complicated explanation, there's definitely strength gains above what I'd expect to see without sarms. I'm 42 and never been stronger than I am now. I am on TRT but I'm still on TRT and my strength is down just a bit... all points to sarms. Give it a shot, you'll be very pleased.

That's awesome Dylan, only down 1.5!!! Damn nice! I'm not going by weight gained since I'm still such a fat ass :D I know I've got to still be over 25% BF based on what I've seen and read here. When I started sarms, I was at about 197. Made it up to 220 but I was eating a higher amount of carbs than normal while trying to grow... well, I was eating a higher amount of the big three. My gauge is my belt... went up only one notch over the cycle and now I'm back down a notch while sitting at 207. Did I gain a full 10 pounds of muscle? I'm guessing no but even 5 - 7 is not too bad. Maybe some water weight from TRT? Still getting the liquiaro dialed in.

I'm now eating under maintenance and the fat seems to be coming off, just not enough for me to comfortably post a pic here yet. That stack you suggested looks like it'll move me down on the BF level nicely!

Screw it... I put it on FB so I should feel comfortable posting it here. No way I can go without the shirt yet though. I look like a slightly-jacked deflated Pillsbury dough boy.

I feel you bro on the S4. I will confess, when I ordered the SARMS I didn't have over high expectations. Many years of ordering/trying various supplement products that failed to deliver makes a skeptic out of anyone. However, I ordered some S4 and LGD from SARMSX, started them without any high hopes. About 2-3 weeks in the strength gains were to great to deny or able to be chalked up to any kind of placebo effect. All of my DB presses (shoulder/Chest) just exploded and my veins began to really pop as I dried out. I was impressed and coming from me that means something, as I am a tough critic. Today my Presses have returned to non-superhero status and I find myself missing S4. I have been eye balling some more from a distance, but may try some MK2866 this time around.

absolutely awesome brother and great to hear... i love hearing results like this... you will love 2866.. its so versatile... especially if you want extra lean size, great strength and healing... the healing is the main thing for me personally with it...

I mentioned the strength coming down a bit as you experienced but the veins... I still have veins where I didn't before my S-4 run. Arms are insane (for me) after doing 21's and the angled hammer curls Dylan included in one of his workout videos. Forearms in the mirror look like a road map. Well, before GPS, there were maps... on paper. I know some young guy is gonna wonder wth a map is.

I'm definitely running the S-4 again soon.

My veins have also stuck around, but I failed to relate it to the S4 I used 6 months ago. Interesting. My forearms, arms and lower ab's continue to look like the old key maps. I remember the old key maps in the orange binder. That was back before I drove, but I remember my dad had one and still managed to get lost all the time. Fun times in the family station wagon.

one of the best qualities of s4 is the vascularity and yes, it does stay if you are lean enough... i LOVE the vascularity and the sculpting it provides...
