What's up everyone, I am curious about what sarm cycle you would recommend for me. TRUST ME, I have watched numerous videos on YouTube in regards to the subject, and I know it has probably been asked a million times before, so if you don't have positive and helpful advice, read no further. Anyway, I am 20 years old, and I have been training hard and consistently for about 3 years. I am 6ft 180lbs at about 6% body fat. My goal is to gain lean muscle mass. Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

bro, im more than happy to help but you need to understand right now, you don't just come in here making commands at people on how they respond... YOU came here asking for help and if you are here to only hear what you want and not what you need, then this is not the place for you... thats a REALLY shitty way to come across and thats why noone had even responded to your thread... disrespect is not going to sit well... watching youtube videos does not make you any sort of expert man... ive been doing this a decade... most guys here even longer but you watching "youtube videos" does not mean jack shit except at least you have tried to learn on your own, which is very commendable and respectful, but unfortunately your approach is far from it....

You probably Should have worded things a bit differently. Sometimes you are going to hear advice that you might not agree with but it doesn't mean it isn't helpful, so you're just going to have to take that for what it is.

As for your goal of adding muscle mass, my recommendation would be to go with the power stack. It doesn't get any better than that for adding muscle mass.

Also you need the right diet. It sounds to me based on your stats that you may not be eating enough to promote gains in muscle mass

Thanks for the reply. No disrespect intented and didn't mean to come across the wrong way at all my man. If I didn't respect and value your opinion I wouldn't have came here for your guys' help. I know you guys know your stuff, and I don't, that's why I posted. I want to make sure I'm going about doing this the right way before I do it.

Again, didn't mean any disrepect. How long should I run the pct? Also, I eat very clean and I recently changed my diet because I wasnt progressing in the gym. How many calories a day would you recommend for someone my size?

Wow sounds a lot like me. As a full time college student finding the time to fit in all my meals is my biggest enemy. As far as the percentages go, are you counting those based on 1 g of protein=4 cal, 1 gram of carbs= 4 cal ,and 1 gram of fats = 9 cal? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but i honestly don't know a ton about dieting. Also, do you think the MyFitnessPal app is a pretty effective way to track all of this? And If I just ran LGD-4033 and S-4 would my pct change any from what rick recomended? Thanks

the stack rick gave you is exactly correct... you are overthinking here on your diet... 55-60% of you intake needs to be protein etc... so technically, yes... myfitness pal is a huge help bro... definitely download it... it will make this all so easy for you...
