I tend to get it only with certain orals. But lots of water and staying away from alcohol tends to keep it at bay. I feel like TB500 would help. But it's just a theory.

Great video. Strangely enough I dont get acne too bad on cycle, but in PCT, all hell breaks loose.

Surprised u didnt mention Pantothenic Acid aka Vitamin B5....that shit has literally done wonders for me better than any product from the dermatologist
