I've heard lots of mixed things on this ,from using it ed, eod, 2 times a week. Whats the most effective way to use nizoral 1 shampoo and how many applications in one day is recommended?
What alarms me is that the 1% Nizoral bottle instructs you to stop using it regularly after 8 weeks. If 1% Nizoral is okay for daily use, why does the bottle suggest using it 2-3 times week? Isn't Nizoral too rough on the hair to use every day? But then again the suggested dosage isn't made for aas users lol.
Also not to get side tracked but i think you can get get away with using minoxidil once a day before bed since the half life is 22 hours. I've heard results and reviews that people got similar results from using 1 or 2 applications a day. Thanks please help me out!
